I don’t often get to do indoor bridal portrait sessions, so when Mary Anna mentioned shooting at a tiny Bed and Breakfast in Sumter, South Carolina, I was super stoked! Mary Anna’s momma happened to be driving around Sumter and was told to check out 1912 Bed and Breakfast. You guys, the owners are phenomenal. Who knew such a wonderful, quaint B&B was in the middle of Sumter? It’s the perfect place for a little getaway, whether you live here or not! The house is beyond beautiful, so many wonderful vintage details, and the best staircase for the most perfect bridal portraits.
We started indoors among the stairs and the foyer, and made our way out to the gardens behind the two story home. Mary Anna was a vision in her gorgeous lace gown, that featured a beautiful lace bodice and halter top, along with the plethora of buttons that detailed the back of her gown, from New York Bride and Groom. The fit and flare design flattered Mary Anna, and was definitely made for her! I am in love with all the lace I have seen this season!
