As many of you know, I come from a family of six; I have 3 sisters. We are all so different yet the same. It’s kind of crazy. This is my older sister, Stephanie, pregnant with a sweet little girl, who’s name is Eliza. I am so excited that my sister is having a little girl, it means that I can hand down all of EvaJean and Hattie’s clothes. Girls tend to accumulate a lot of things at a faster rate, in my opinion. Heck, Eliza isn’t even here yet, and I have already purchased cute rompers for her studio portraits. I hope she loves bows too, because you know, the bigger the bow, the closer to Jesus, and bows make everything that much cuter! My nephews, Pierce and Paxton, are going to have a fit protecting their baby sister as the years come. I am so excited to see how they will act with a sister, maybe it’ll soften them up a bit because they are every ounce of boy and then some. If that isn’t the case, then Eliza will be a pretty tough little girl, which I don’t doubt will be the case any way, especially if you have ever met Pax. My brother in law is going to have way too much fun picking out shoes for her too. It’s safe to say that she will be extremely spoiled (and by spoiled, I mean loved).
I absolutely love these portraits of Stephanie, she is glowing so much with this pregnancy, and she is wearing it well. We went to the Riverwalk in Columbia on a pretty humid, sticky day. We worked through it, the boys, not so much ( as you can tell in the last couple of images, they were so over it.) We did manage to get some pretty priceless images though. They truly are momma’s boys. The gown Stephanie wore is an infinity gown, it can be worn in many different styles. I liked it so much, I ordered a lavender gown as well! She said it was pretty light considering how hot it was this particular day. The Riverwalk was booming with visitors and the river had plenty of tubers floating down it. I was kind of jealous, with as hot as it was, I am sure that water felt amazing! The Riverwalk is a tricky place to shoot in my opinion, like having to dodge weird items, and people as well. We definitely made it work, and I love the outcome.
Enjoy the portrait overload down below. Leave a few words of patience and strength for my sister as her family adds this sweet little bundle of joy to the Huneycutt crew. Eliza is already loved so much and we can’t wait to meet her.
