I have had some pretty sweet brides this Spring season, and Hannah is definitely one of them. We took to the oak lined road at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant to capture her beauty in her bridal attire. I love shooting at Boone Hall, it is such a beautiful location for bridal portraits; from the iconic iron gates, to the gorgeous gardens, and the view of the river, it is really the perfect setting. I mean, of course it is, it is situated in Charleston, only the MOST beautiful place in the South, in my expert opinion.
Hannah and her momma were troopers the whole time we were around the property. It was slightly warm the day we picked to shoot, but we were just happy it didn’t rain! The funniest thing about Boone Hall is that it is a tourist attraction, so there is always lots of visitors, depending on the time of day you are there.
Our day was no different, there was a good number of guests, so we had to dodge people left and right, and I am pretty sure Hannah ended up on a few other cameras that day. (which I always find kind of odd, but then again, pre-wedding bridal portraits aren’t usually heard of in other regions!)
All in all, Hannah’s session was perfection, and now that she is married, I can finally share her simply southern bridal portrait session! Take a look at a few of my favorites and show Hannah some love in the comments below, or by sharing her blog post!
