It’s been almost a week since Allison and Dylan tied the knot! They were such a sweet couple, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and their families. But while we wait on me to finish editing their images and curating their wedding blog, here is a gorgeous blog filled with some of my favorite bridal portraits from Allison’s bridal session at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
If you follow my blog, you can see my brides and I love Boone Hall Plantation for bridal portraits. The venue offers so much southern beauty and charms, perfect for a Southern bride. Cue Allison, a gorgeous southern bride. Her session was so much fun, she brought along her momma, her sister, Ashleigh, and family friend, Angel. It’s always nice to have a few extra hands during a bridal session, from someone to help fluff the dress, throw the veil, or like Ashleigh did majority of the time, hold my reflector. (She was a champ by the way; that thing is HUGE! ) We ended up with the most beautiful day for her session; the “worst” thing we dealt with was the wind blowing her train once we would get it set perfectly around her!
Speaking of her gown, easily one of my top favorites. I am not sure if it was the lace halter (because, who doesn’t swoon over lace detail?!), or the way the lace faded into the silk skirt, or what about the beautiful row of buttons that started at the neckline and ended at the hem? It was perfect for Allison, for sure!
Swoon over this perfect bridal blog and leave Allison some sweet words while I get her wedding blog together! Come back soon to see how her’s and Dylan’s wedding day came together perfectly.
